Booking terms & house rules
At booking
A ¥15,000 deposit is charged to your credit card.
Balance
Charged automatically to your saved card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days are charged in full.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Minimum stay
3 nights minimum.
Check-in / out
Check-in 16:00–24:00 (self check-in with a key box) / Check-out 10:00
Guest registration
Under Japanese law, all guests must register before arrival (passport details for non-residents).
Other information
Early Check-In
The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM; however, early check-in may be accommodated from 3:00 PM if cleaning has been completed. Please note that if cleaning is still in progress, access to the room will not be permitted. In such cases, you may leave your luggage in the entrance area, but we kindly request that you keep any valuables with you.
Late Check-Out
The check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-out is unfortunately not available due to the preparation required for the next guest. We kindly ask for your understanding. If check-out is delayed beyond the designated time, a waiting fee of 1,000 yen per 30 minutes may be charged to cover the cleaning staff’s time. We respectfully request that you adhere to the check-out schedule.
Luggage Storage Before Check-In
Luggage storage is available in the entrance area after 12:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Please ensure that you keep all valuables with you. As the property cannot assume responsibility for managing stored luggage, we recommend using coin lockers at JR Kamata Station (a 15-minute walk) for added security and convenience. Please note that there are no coin lockers available at Keikyu Zoshiki Station (a 7-minute walk).
Luggage Storage After Check-Out
We regret that we are unable to offer luggage storage after check-out due to the preparation required for the next guest. For luggage storage, we recommend using the coin lockers at JR Kamata Station (a 15-minute walk). Please note that Keikyu Zoshiki Station (a 7-minute walk) does not have coin lockers available.
Car Parking
There is a coin-operated parking lot (paid) just a 30-second walk from the property, making it very convenient for guests arriving by car.
Additional Notes
The neighboring properties are private residences, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
- Hosting parties or engaging in activities that create excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
- Please remove your shoes upon entering the property.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property and is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
If the number of guests exceeds the reservation or if incorrect information about guest numbers is provided, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen per additional or undeclared guest will be charged. Furthermore, any damages to the property or its furnishings will require compensation equal to the cost of replacement.
In addition, as required by Japanese law, all non-Japanese guests are obligated to submit a copy of their passport. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding.
