- Varies by date, length of stay and number of guests. The price shown on each property’s booking page (tax included).
- Other charges
- A cleaning fee (per booking; ¥11,000–¥25,000 depending on the property) is added to the nightly rate and shown in the total on the booking page. If any other charge (such as accommodation tax) is required, we will show it on the booking page or tell you in advance.

- Payment timing
- A ¥15,000 deposit is charged at booking. The balance is charged automatically to your saved card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days of check-in are charged in full at booking.
- Service date
- The dates you booked. Check-in 16:00–24:00, check-out 10:00.
- Contract
- Your booking is confirmed when you complete the booking page and the payment is accepted.
- Cancellation & refunds
- Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations after that, same-day cancellations and no-shows are not refunded (the full amount is charged). Refunds are made to the card used for payment.
- Minimum stay
- Varies by date (usually 2–3 nights; shown in the booking calendar). 30 nights for Nishi-Ikebukuro Long Stay.
